4.1 Creating changes

In section 2.19, we discussed the process of creating a change from a ticket’s detailed view. And in section 3.6, we talked about creating changes from a problem’s detailed view. If the change is not triggered by an incident or a problem, you can create a fresh change request.

1. Click on New in the top-right corner and click Change.


 

2. Enter the details for the change in the form and click on Save.
